But their existing branding didn’t reflect the boldness or relevance of that mission — it lacked edge, cohesion, and modern appeal.

To build a powerful, future-facing brand identity and web experience that reflected ICON’s disruptive vision and positioned them as a serious player in the world of innovation and executive dialogue.


We developed a 360º brand system that distilled ICON’s essence into a bold, clean identity. Inspired by the energy of think tanks and leadership summits, the new visual language highlights action, collaboration, and clarity.
Once the brand was solidified, we brought it to life through a custom-designed website. The new site serves as ICON’s digital home — housing its annual event, initiatives, and multimedia content. With clear structure, responsive layouts, and strong messaging, it aligns perfectly with ICON’s voice.
